What needed to work better?
Spearheaded the complete ground-up overhaul of an enterprise workspace management system. Replaced three disconnected legacy PHP applications with a unified Laravel 13 and Vue 3 ERP. Combines recurring contract billing, room bookings, cafe inventory, and native IoT socket communication with on-premise biometric time-clocks.

Hardware Socket Integration: Direct UDP socket communication with ZKTeco biometric terminals using Taha's own `php-zkteco` library.
Automated Recurring Billing: Automated quotation-to-lease lifecycles, monthly billing runs, and exit settlement calculators.
Cafe & Asset Inventory: Raw beverage ingredient stock tracking, in-house production logs, and office asset maintenance checklists.
Granular Multi-Portal RBAC: Dedicated views and permissions for Super Admins, Operations Staff, and Corporate Tenants.
