High-performance desktop data pipeline leveraging official USPTO Open Data Portal (ODP) bulk daily XML products and TSDR APIs to extract and enrich trademark filings into legal-grade Excel workbooks with zero browser automation.

- Official REST API Engineering: Replaced fragile web scraping with official USPTO ODP bulk daily XML products and TSDR APIs.
- Real-Time Serial Walking: Proactively discovers same-day trademark filings via serial walking before official bulk XML release.
- Custom 45-Column Exporter: Automatically enriches applicant entity, attorney, primary email, phone, and trademark status.
- Standalone Windows Binary: Packaged as a portable single-file executable with an interactive console menu and offset resuming.
